A player may only participate in a National Championship if they qualified and reside in that country. A player may qualify for a WoW TCG National Championship through one of the following methods:
- Finished in the Top8 of a Darkmoon Faire Championship after August 18, 2008.
- Finished in the Top1/4 of a Local/Grand Qualifier.
- Yearly Honor Ranking is greater than or equal to 4.
- Lifetime Honor Ranking is greater than or equal to 8.
- Constructed Rating is greater than or equal to 2900.
- Limited Rating greater than or equal to 2800.
